4 The Greater Good is a Movement

Amazing people, ideas, products, and businesses are all around us!

So we thought, why don’t we spend the rest of our lives telling stories and shining a light on all of this fabulous sweetness and goodness and awesomeness that we are all surrounded by???

"The plain fact is that the planet does not need more successful people. But it does desperately need more peacemakers, healers, restorers, storytellers, and lovers of every kind."

This idea all started back in 2010 when autoimmune disorders started impacting my family. The doctors had all sorts of drugs to throw at us (which are working as of right now and I am EXTREMELY grateful for this) but they didn’t know the cause. Nor were they trying to figure it out.

So the research began, soooo many things… to find out, what could cause the immune system to work so hard?

What is “natural” what are we putting on our bodies? In our bodies? In our homes? It was exhausting, and REALLY EYE OPENING. It turns out, many people were facing the same problem! Others were also doing tons of research, making amazing suggestions, and also navigating these waters. There were wellness websites to look at; there were websites that offered natural products that were great, there were companies that were helping to minimize the negative consequences of the not-so-great companies, there were people who were making this world a better place, there were life-changing and simple ideas that were out there, there were…..

This goodness was EVERYWHERE.

Never doubt that a group of thoughtful committed citizens, it can change the world. Indeed, it's the only thing that ever has.

Good products were available all over the internet. Fabulous ideas were available all over the internet, these ideas were impactful for all of us. Yet, there wasn’t one place to find this stuff.

You had to know where to look, and researching took lots of time. There were so many sites to go; one site to buy organic cotton sheets (organic because, well…it matters), another site to purchase soaps that were safe for our skin, another place to go to purchase reusable coffee mugs, yet another site to go to for purchasing compostable phone cases. There should be one place to find all of these things...

While searching for good products, this inadvertently led to finding good in people... EVERYWHERE. There were good people shining their light all over Instagram, these people are single-handedly taking the world by storm; changing lives and inspiring others.

I had found them through my research, but there was no one place to go for inspiration, and to hear their stories. Each amazing person unique, inspiring, and making the world a better place. There should be one place to go to find these amazing people....

4 The Greater Good is that place. Here we will highlight amazing people, amazing products, businesses, and ideas. Shining the light on what is Good in this world.

So won’t you join us to be a part of a movement of spreading love, kindness, and good, 4 the Greater Good.
